Rules of procedure
Our house rules are essential to ensure the smooth running of the rental and that tenants comply with the rules.
The tenant undertakes to occupy the accommodation only with the persons designated at the time of booking.
Arrival and departure times
The arrival of tenants is from 3:00 p.m. and departure must be made before 12:00 p.m.
Prohibitions
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.
Pets are not allowed.
Use of Equipment
Equipment (kitchen, household appliances, etc.) must be used with care. Any damage caused must be repaired at the tenant’s expense.
Acceptance of the Rules
By reserving our apartments, tenants agree to respect these internal regulations.

Security
Tenants must ensure that they lock doors and windows when absent.
Valuables must be kept secure.
Respect for the Neighborhood
Tenants must respect the calm of the neighborhood, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Noise pollution is strictly prohibited.

Maximum Capacity
La Maison Lùisa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people and L’Arbre Voyageur can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. Any additional person must be notified and approved in advance.
Cleanliness
Tenants are required to leave the apartment clean and in good condition upon departure.
Cleaning is planned at the end of your stay but it does not include the dishes that you leave clean, nor the trash that you have emptied.
A large black trash can is located on the ground floor (white door).
Regarding glass bottles, you can leave them in the trash room.
If the apartment is left untidy, a cleaning fee may apply.

Cancellation policy
Article 1 : Purpose
These general conditions of sale govern the rental terms of our apartments located at 7 Avenue Charles de Gaulle 71 400 Autun, hereinafter referred to as “the Lessor”.
Article 2 : Reservation
The reservation of the apartment is effective after receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount. The balance must be paid at the latest the day before arrival (automatic if booking on our online site).
Article 3 : Price
Rental prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. They include [water, electricity, linen, tourist tax and cleaning].
Article 4 : Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the reservation:
More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.
Between 7 and 30 days before arrival: refund of 50% of the deposit.
– Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund will be made.
Article 5 : Duration of the Rental
The duration of the rental is determined in the reservation contract. Arrivals and departures must be at the agreed times.
Article 6 : Security Deposit
A security deposit of €500 will be requested on arrival for stays longer than 15 days. It will be returned after inventory, subject to possible deductions for damages.
Article 7 : Tenant’s Obligations
The tenant undertakes to:
– Respect the internal regulations of the apartment.
– Use the premises reasonably.
– Inform the Lessor in the event of a problem or damage occurring in the apartment.
Article 8 : Liability
The Lessor cannot be held responsible for damage, loss or theft of tenants’ personal items during their stay.
Article 9 : Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent court will be that of Chalon Sur Saône.
Article 10 : Acceptance of the Conditions
Reservation implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
